At the interaction level, I focused on simplifying navigation, embedding the rewards proposition naturally within the core wallet experience, and redesigning the homepage to serve both financial tools and integrated services. Through consistent design language and careful attention to detail, the platform remains intuitive, scalable, and encourages positive financial behaviour without adding complexity.
